Palazzo Mathis was built in Middle Ages. The building underwent important renovation works during the 18th century which gave it its current Baroque appearance. The finest art pieces as well as many frescos are exhibited on the main floor of the building, with some door covers with oil paintings of 18th century. Palazzo Mathis also hosts the tourist office and some temporary exhibitions and cultural events.
